 If  F(t) : t-> t  then  f(s) = (1/s^2)

 Then :

   L{F'(t)} = s * f(s) - F(0) 
            = (s)*(1/s^2)-0              
            = 1/(s)            

 With  s = (+0.500)

 Then  s * f(s) - F(0) = 1/(s) = (+2.000)
